BILLING INFORMATION Cash/Cheque Only You can pay directly with cash or cheque and we will provide you with a receipt for reimbursement or tax deduction Private Extended Health Care Plans We will provide you with receipts for each visit that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Motor Vehicle Accidents If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident your treatment is covered 100%. We can assist you with filling out the forms and will directly bill your auto insurance company.
