FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How long do the appointments take? The first appointment will be an assessment that will take between 45 min to 1 hour. Following appointments will take between 30-45 minutes. What should I wear to the appointment? Please bring loose fitting clothing that is easy to move in. How do I pay? We take cash or cheque and will provide you with a receipt so that you can send in for reimbursement from extended health plans. Do I need a doctor’s referral? You do not need a doctor’s referral to seek out treatment from a physiotherapist, however, some extended health insurance plans require a doctor’s referral for re-imbursement |
